JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced painter who is engaged, meticulous, and service-oriented. In this role, you will contribute to keeping our properties in good condition and ensuring that our tenants feel comfortable in their homes. You will work both independently and together with colleagues in our team, and you will be an important part of delivering high quality in everything we do.

As a painter with us, you will have a varied job with both interior and exterior painting work. You are one of our main ambassadors and have daily contact with tenants, where you represent Sandvikenhus in a professional and service-oriented manner. Your role involves not only solving practical tasks but also contributing to good relationships and a safe living environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing interior and exterior painting work according to internal work orders.
• Maintenance painting in apartments, stairwells, and common areas.
• Preparation work such as filling, sanding, priming, and wallpapering as needed.
• Minor repair tasks related to painting assignments.
• Ongoing feedback and documentation in service requests, orders, and web reports in our Vitec system.
• Daily contact with tenants and close collaboration with other departments.

You will also be involved in planning painting work and contribute your professional skills in our joint effort to develop and maintain our properties.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is an experienced painter with good craftsmanship skills and who is comfortable with both interior and exterior painting work. You work meticulously and have a professional demeanor when interacting with tenants. You plan your work well, are flexible when conditions change, and enjoy working both independently and with colleagues.

The painter role with us means that you work systematically with our internal work orders, document your tasks digitally, and have close contact with both colleagues and tenants. Therefore, you need to feel comfortable with digital tools and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. If you master multiple languages, it is an advantage.

We see that you have:

• High school painting education or equivalent work experience.
• Journeyman certificate
• Training for work at heights.
• Training for aerial lift.
• Driver's license B
